When receiving materials, IQC will conduct incoming check per AQL standard based on urgent degree of materials. Once pass, will store at material warehouse. The warehouse staff will release the material to production line according to production plan, after SMT process, we have internal QA to implement inspection, if fail AQL requirement, then the whole lot will be rejected. If pass, then go to DIP and wave soldering, when some parts can’t withstand high temperature, we will solder it by hand instead, apply PCBA test, final assembly and test, then packing. QA will conduct sampling check per AQL, after pass, then store at finished goods warehouse for shipping. The symbol in diamond-shape is quality check which is throughout the whole process of production.
