Case Assembly Packaging
Refer to a product with housing and need to assembly together then packaging.
According to customer's production instruction for each products, Prosoyo firstly checks if everything in the BOM (bill of materials) are obtained already. During case assembling, we try to use different tools and some patience to fix the the parts of our products.
Now, we are trying our best to continuously import different automatic machines to help case assembly packaging to be better and more convenient. With the help from automatic machines, our products quality is more easy to control to be stable and reliable, and it also bring the benifits for our labour cost saving to make our products be more competitive.
